Howard Oldham

Howard graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 1996. He articled with the Toronto “Bay Street” law firm of Fraser Milner Casgrain and practiced in their labour law department for five years. During this time, he represented many international companies in respect of sophisticated labour law and litigation matters. Howard then became legal counsel for Consumers Glass Manufacturing based out of its headquarters in Toronto. Consumers Glass was an international manufacturer of glass containers with factories located all over the world. In this capacity, Howard, was involved in all legal aspects of the company including corporate governance, litigation and labour law issues.

Howard grew up just outside of Port Carling in Muskoka and has been involved in many entrepreneurial ventures outside of the law including partnership in an alarm company, owning a resort and construction projects. Howard’s ability to provide a “business perspective” is a unique asset to assist our business clients in dealing with legal matters. Howard is a director of the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation.
